Hip felt better this morning, but still hurts. 3 miles went by rather slow. Hope to get another run in later. Hit the gym right after dinner basketball 20 min. 70 lbs 3x12 leg extensions 130-150-170-190 x12 sitting squat 70 lb 10x2 deltoid pull downs 70 lb 10x3 shoulder raises ab crunches 90lbs 10x2, twisting abs 30lbs 10x2 4 miles, a little more tired from the workout, but stride felt good (although short) and definitely kept it at a medium pace. Hip felt better again, even more so when i worked on running tall.
