3 am, then another 5 about a half hour later. Had some technical problems where the miles weren't showing during the 3. Got it worked out and put in 5 more. A pretty sad day as far as getting anything done. Took a nap in the afternoon and got up later than I wanted to. But I still had enough time to run before it got dark, so another 6 miles ensued. Much faster pace today than anything in previous weeks. A good sign because effort wise it was the same. I've been working on getting a good push off and I think that is helping me spend the same amount of energy for better time. Hopefully I am right.
