6 am hood loop x2. 7 at the soccer complex. Muscles slightly fatigued, but soreness in the quads is all but gone. These night runs start off slow because of the heat, then get faster as I go. Felt great and picked it up the last mile and a half. Scared the heck out of a lady when I passed her on the left. She had no idea I was coming- I would yell something, but it just gets monotonous when you're on a 1 mile loop and pass people 9-10 times. Plus even when you do say something they jump out of the way like you are a bus or something.
