Another 5 with the crew. We ran a slightly different route today, but still the same old rolling hills. It even included a cut through a backyard. Pretty sweet. Got to know a few of the guys a little better too. It was a good run, but at about 4 miles my right tendon started tightening up, so I had to slow down. Not sure what to do about it at this point, but I'm thinking I may need a few slower runs to give it some recovery. It feels better, but whatever I did to it last week sure is causing problems. Guess it's better to play it safe, but don't really feel like it so close to my goal race at the end of March. |
