First track practice. Ran with the distance guys. I was SO SORE! from yesterday at basketball and not running for 2 days. The lactic acid buildup just made my legs feel like stone, especially the calves. I could hardly run, but I kept up with them. I'd say we were well into 6 minute pace, although we did have 2 stops for traffic lights. 2 laps warmup and 2 cooldown for an even mile. |
