I think basketball last weekend was a big factor in the calf/ham soreness that I've had. I tried to rub it out last night and that helped the extension during the run today, but I could still feel some stuff that needed rest in there. So just another 6 miles, hams were pretty shot by the end. Went a little faster just to see if the pain would come back after a few miles. It never did, but as before everything felt pretty tight. I'll keep stretching and massaging and cutting miles until the tightness is gone. |
