Nice run this morning 7 miles, toe pain pretty much gone.

Only ran a mile tonight at the track meet. Didn't have time to run between any other events. Kind of felt bad even for that mile. Driving to Ohio in the morning, but I think I should be able to get a run in before I go.

This week has been way too crazy to run high miles. I guess it kind of worked out for the toe situations because they are pretty much good to go. Probably wait till the end of next week for any anaerobic or hill work outs.

Glad your toe is feeling better! Sometimes things happen for a reason. Good job on your run.
