Workout at the track since I didn't get to do it Monday. Pretty good, about the same as last week though. 1200,800,800,400,800,800. Was breathing pretty good. I wish I could have gotten more climbing work done last month, it's really set me back in my sprint capabilities. Darn sickness. Feeling good but I'm still not positive if I will be able to get to my gold goal for the race yet. I'll know by my last fast workout the week before. The good news is I'll be able to keep my speedwork another month for a 10k I ran last year. It will be fun to compare times. |
